Hey there!
My name is Alexander Pankov and I'm a 34-year-old guy from Moscow, now working globally as a motion designer, CG generalist, and art director. I've always had a passion for creativity and art, ever since I was a little kid.
When I was five years old, my parents were renovating our apartment and they installed 3D Studio Max on our computer. Being the curious kid that I was, I couldn't resist trying it out. I remember trying to build my first 3D model of a robot using just pictures and trying to figure out how it worked. It was a bit of a mess, but it was still pretty cool!
As I got older, I became more interested in animation and motion graphics. I discovered Macromedia Flash and started experimenting with it. I even made a presentation in biology class where I showed the internal structure of a pigeon using animation.

It wasn't until I was 21 that I stumbled upon a video by a Russian motion designer named Timur Konstantinov and realized that's what I wanted to do. That's when I discovered After Effects and my journey as a motion designer truly began.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients, create over 500 projects, and learn the ins and outs of a dozen different programs. But what I'm most proud of is that I've never lost my passion for learning and growing as a designer. Each project is a chance to learn something new and push the boundaries of what I can do. I'm constantly looking for ways to expand my skill set and be of service to my clients. It's a journey that I'm excited to be on and I'm grateful for every opportunity that comes my way.
